Per FEMA Flood map, all this tract is in a Flood Zone A, defined as: "Areas subject to inundation by the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event generally determined using approximate methodologies."
There are a lot of shallow water sloughs on the property; less than knee-deep. Also a small natural shallow pond. Very scenic and great for attracting wildlife.
Current owner says the land attracts many ducks; great for hunting ducks, deer and other.
